Hellop. feels entitled to censor supplier response

I used to think that Hellopeter provided an NB service. But as a supplier, my experience has been extremely negative. I signed up for R448.88 for 2013 to become a company that responds. I had 3 or 4 posts for the year. Now the subscription invoice for 2014 is for R1389.72 - an increase of 209.60%! For 4 posts? How does Hp justify this? Has the company become a 'Get rich quick' scheme under the guise of being a 'customer crusader'? We responded 2 days ago to an unfair customer post as a customer under my company name. Monique decided that this was not ok and deleted our response, leaving the unfair customer post in place. What happened to my right of freedom of speech and right of reply? How dare Hp decide what to delete unless it's offensive? My email to Monique has gone unanswered. This site discriminates against businesses-the drivers of the economy and employers of people. Hellopeter's motives are questionable!
