R234, 84 billed to my credit card for Avis to open post and scan a copy of a speeding fine to me. Sure, you guys offer cheap car rental, but just like all other businesses, there is always a catch. Avis, just another two bit company that uplifts sly and unfair business practices. You see, in a FIRST world country, Avis would now phone me and do anything (or offer me something actually worth while) to keep me as a customer; but alas, due to companies like you, nothing will be done, and we stay a third world country.
