Trying to get a quote

We have been trying to get a quote out of Rocket Shop for more than a week. No response. I then tried to phone again on the 26 November 2013
I phoned 4 times on the 26 November 2013. A very irate young lady told me she will do the quote with in the next 30 minutes. I waited 5 hours and tried to phone 3 times before she answered again.

When i told her who was speaking she muttered OH MY . and then told me she is busy and will do it when she has an opportunity.

If they don't want business, they should rather close shop.

What disgusting customer service.
