For the past 5 days we have been unable to access our websites or e-mail accounts that we have already paid for that Wooza is the web host for. When I contacted them originally they said it wouldn't be off for long and that they would call me to give me an update. That was on Monday morning. On Monday afternoon I received an sms to say they were still working on the problem and they were sorry for the inconvenience. Up until now I have not heard back from them and their phone's are all on voicemail. This is absolutely disgusting as our businesses depend on the e-mail services and we are now loosing revenue.
