I have owned a few Dell machines without incident. However the first Alienware that I purchase is the one giving trouble. I logged a call for the machine with their global help desk as that seems to be only way to every speak to a warm body. The fist call was made around 09H00 after completing a few checks a call was logged around 10H30 / 11H00 for a replacement motherboard on a M17X R3 black stealh 3D machine. The complaint is in two parts 1 - Firstly the international call centre agents even after phonetically spelling things like name and address still has it incorrect on the service request. The biggest problem with the whole incident is that it is now Wednesday 15H40 and I still have no working Alienware machine.

When I enquired yesterday about where the call log and technician is I was told there was a problem with their systems and the support company did not receive the call. This morning I received a call from a very abrupt gentleman who could only tell me a technician will be here today and then hung up. Dell's global call centre claim they cannot put us in touch with their repair agents as they don't have their details. What to do next?
