Worst Computer specialists EVER

I'm a student, and as most students know your laptop is everything, all your work and the source of all your projects. So if you know the blue screen. Thats what my computer did. So i took it in (June) Firstly i asked for a quote, went back a week after to find i owe them R800 as they already "fixed" it. So i payed up and went home. Opened it to find 1) the broke the slide lock, 2) the corner is totally busted, indicating my laptop fell, 3) the SD- cardslot is jammed and the powerbutton busted. So i switched it on... To find once again its not fixed. I went back with a calm attitude and as soon as i walked in the one guy (not stephen) came to help me, i told him im not happy and he had thee worst attitude ever! They took my laptop again and they promised to call the wednesday after several months after hearing nothing i went back personally the employee gave ME the phone to call the guy THEY sent it to, off site, to hear the guy hasn't even started, furiously i put down the phone and told them they beter fix it and get it back. I received my laptop in October, note 4 months later to find... Not fixed now it doesn't even go on. All my work gone and powerbutton still broken. :|
