I want my laptop back - fixed!!!

ACER has not bothered to reply to my complaint last week and i can see why. Try phoning their call centre and see what a waste of time that is!!
Two weeks ago my 8 month old ACER laptop was sent from Chaos computers (CT) to ACER to be repaired. Apparently the fan had "malfunctioned" - but after no word from them and no computer, I started calling again on Thursday 28th to find out where the heck my laptop was. Oh they said, the couriers took 6 days to deliver laptop to them and therefore all they had managed to do (2 weeks later) was replace the fan and then told me but the hard-drive has also packed up. AFTER 8 MONTHS???
I spoke to Jacques early on 28th and made it very clear to him that the hard-drive was ALSO to be replaced and the laptop to be sent back to me immediately.
Jacques promised that it would be fixed and sent back to Cape Town today (02/04)... I phoned to check this morning if it had left. Oh no, it hasn't even been fixed yet! I tried to speak to Jacques again - no luck, so i spoke to Mike, to Sizwe, to Betty and one other person... then was told to hang on for Francois - and hang on i did... suddenly no-one was available to speak to me!!!
ACER IS THE WORST!!!
