Horrible HP service

Our CEO's HP Elitepad tablet along with its charger was collected by Ensure IT (HP services) for repairs. On the 19th of October it was returned to us WITHOUT its charger. I rang up the lady in charge (Namsa) and explained to her that we were still shorting the charger. At first she denied that we ever sent the charger along with the unit. I assured her that I personally packed it in. Later she phoned back and explained they had given the charger to the wrong customer, but would have it back by Monday. When Monday came they again explained that we would get it back by latest the next day or worst case scenario on Wednesday. Today is that 'Wednesday worst case scenario' and I'm still not getting ANY service from these people. When I call (via HP england) all I'm told is that someone will get back to me - which never happens. Through some digging I managed to figure out Ensure IT is responsible for this mess. They say we'll have it tomorrow, but the damage done to our view of HP service is irreparable. Our CEO isn't just an ordinary user and our business is being treated childishly. I guess we should reconsider buying HP products in the future.
