Elder Scrolls Anthology pre-order lie

Elder Scrolls Anthology was pre-ordered. Attended rage and the game was available for purchase. I inquired at the stand and they said that they could not link the game to a pre-order account. I then phoned the branch at Cresta to which I was informed that they were unaware of this and I would need to wait until the pre-order's release a week later whilst those who did not pre purchase have it available now. This is extremely unprofessional as a "Pre-Order" means "Guaranteed early delivery".
