Promises not kept

I bought a white unlimited Jeep Sahara 3.6 V6 2013 model brand new in January of this year, I wanted to buy a Rubicon because it is a little better on 4x4 and it has a black roof, black wheel arches and nicer rims than the Sahara which looks so much better to me. Maritime motors had a white Sahara on the floor with leather seats, GPS Bluetooth navigation system ect. but it does not come out with the black roof, black wheel arches and nice rims. The sales manager made me a good offer for the Sahara and he said they will order a Demo white Rubicon and when it arrives they will swap my Sahara's white roof, white wheel arches and standard rims with the white Rubicon's black roof, black wheel arches and Rubicon rims. In January they promised it will be here in April/May at the latest. The Sales manager wrote me an email stating above mentioned. We are almost in August, I have not received anything, I am mailing and phoning Maritime Motors weekly, no response to the Email and a different excuse every time when I phone. I am sick and tired of waiting now, you can not promise customers things and not deliver. If this mail prevents 1 guy from buying a Jeep at Maritime motors I am satisfied
