No manners and lack of experience

Please would you teach your "staff" on how to great, work and treat customers in a professional and courteous manner. Also, if you have no clue what you are talking about, don't to a customer that has been in the industry longer than you have been out of school.

My husband goes into the shop in Montana, cross Kolonnade yesterday morning, and get's met by n young guy behind the counter busy making paper drawings. He can't even greet with manners and professionalism or respect, the whole time, it no "dude" and yes "dude" My husband must be 18 years his senior and this little boy calls him dude, seriously rude customer service. We were completely disgusted by this service and ended up walking out without purchasing.

Also enquiring about USB 3 cable, which has been available for the last 2 years in the local market, and was released in 2009. He could just have said no we don't have stock of cables only complete HDD. But he tells my husband: "DUDE no the technology is to new, only been out 2 MONTHS!!!??? " And Dude you will not find it. Where it is readily available at shops, compu cable and local Web sellers.

We left in total dismay, get staff that know their products.
