Unauthorised debit order from Capitec Bank to FNB

Good Day

Every month there's a debit order of R99 going off my savings account, this debit order is been going off twice in a month every month, I went to my bank, they told me the money is been debited by FNB on behalf of the company called Personalised System and Services and they gave me this no. 0126635662 and 0745215519, I've tried both numbers, but the landline is not working, and the cell phone is on voice mail.
