A bought a router from Scoop Distribution about a month back and I have been struggling with it as I have been getting an intermittent connection over wifi. My wired devices work perfectly without fault indicating that theres a problem with the Wifi, after I reset the router it works fine but continues to give problems at a later stage. I returned my device to scoop several days ago only to be told that it still has not been tested. I find it unacceptable that only one person in the whole business can diagnose the problem and he is unavailable to resolve this. I am now left with all my computers and wifi devices without any network and internet connection.
