Constant "crashing" of Firefox System

I installed Firefox together with my IT manager thinking it would be easier, quicker, more convenient, more competent and efficient. I have been having constant crashes with this system and am most frustrated when I have to access internet or websites, as it has constant CRASHES. I shall request our IT provider CINDER to remove this system from my PC.
