Cannot get rid of them

The company somehow got hold of my email address. They claim to give training and if you subscribe before a certain date, you will receive a free tablet to the value of Rxxxx, xx. Well I get these invitations on a weekly bases, about 2-3 per week. When you call or email them to take you off their mailing list, the person, who's name is on the email, doesn't even know that the company has used their number and email address for marketing.
I have even phoned the director of the company to complain to him about this, but nothing gets done about this problem by him, his marketing personnel or the person who has sent the email.
If this is the way they handle small problems like removing you from their mailing lists, how can you trust them on the real business they do -giving training to the public.
Please do not let them get hold of your email address - they just never stop
