Bad customer service

I had an bad incident at the matrix computer warehouse southgate branch that I have vowed never to set foot into that EVER. I went to fetch a laptop for which i had sent in for repairs, it happened that i did not have my docs on me, fortunately one of the guys recognized me, got the machine and the problem came when i had to pay.

I was first on the queue to make payment and a white lady came through and the busy busy assisting me decided to leave me halfway and assist the lady. I wait for the lady to leave and complain to this guy assisting me and the next thing i know his CURSING at me, advising me not to tell him. As far as i no, money has one colour. Which is green. Not black, grey or white but green. A guy by the name of Lee came through and assisted me in paying for the repairs and offered an apology on behalf of this guy. To have waited 15 minutes just to make a payment. Aaayi NEVA again.
