Terrible Service Matrix Centurion

Good Day,

I went to Matrix Warehouse Computers in Centurion Mall on 20/08/2013 to enquire about monitors as our business needs a few. I have dealt many times with this branch in Centurion as I buy allot of our business computers there and have always found the service I received to be good.
On this day however there were two sales guys behind the front counter who I have never seen before, both looking very busy on the computers in front. Upon asking one about the monitors, he didn't take his eyes of his screen, he tried answering my questions but due to his response it was clear he was paying no attention to what I was saying. I leaned over to see what he could possibly be so busy with to find him and his colleague playing games, what appeared to be some sort of strategy game against each other. I obviously left and sourced the monitors else where.
I find this sort of service pathetic and the Manager of the branch clearly needs to catch a wake up.
