Extremely long repair delay

I sent my Asus laptop to be repaired 3 weeks ago, it is still under warranty so I assumed it would be repaired quickly. Since then they have failed to fix it in good time and have failed to keep my updated on the progress of the repair. I have contacted them several times and get the same response that they are waiting for parts and don't know when it will be fixed. They have also failed to respond to my complaints on Facebook, Twitter and email.
