Purchased 3 dead notebook from frontosa

I purchased a doa notebook from frontosa. I returned it and already received very bad attitude.
They eventually gave me another model and I had to return it the next day as all the USB port were disconnecting constantly. I had it tested yet again my their head technician, Michael, and he found this to be a fault. I was then offered another one of the same model, only to find this machine had exactly the same faults.
Bad usb, bad touchpad and speaker distorting. I returned it the next day and I was chased out of the shop and told that my money was not needed. Now as I understand this is a DOA and they have to return my money, which they have completely refused. Eddie has been extremely rude including his technician Michael.
Now this notebook was not cheap it cost me R15 000. Frontosa needs to be exposed regarding this issue and I want my cash back.
