ON THE 29 OF JULY I CALLED 087 151 3400 TO UPDATE ACER WITH MY COMPUTER (THAT WAS SENT IN 2 WEEKS AGO BY MATRIX COMPUTERS FOURWAYS) THAT HAS A DEAD PIXEL. I TOLD THEM IT WAS URGENT. WHEN I CALLED THIS MORNING I WAS TOLD THAT THE PC WAS NOT UNDER WARRENTEE. SO WHY WAS I NOT CONTACTED. I THEN ORGANISE THE INVOICEAND WHEN I CALL I AM TOLD THAT I MUST CALL DURING OFFICE HOURS. I THEN GO TO THERE LIVE CHAT SERVICE AND SPEAK TO Jacques AND THERE ARE NO RESPONSES TO MY MESSAGES . I THEN TRY AGAIN 15 MINS LATER AND GET TOLD THAT THE COMPANY WAS IN A MEETING. WOW A FIRST TO HERE THAT EVERYONE CANNOT DEAL WITH A CUSTOMER. IM TOLD THAT THEY RECEIVED MY INVOICE AND TOLD E IF THEY DO NOT HAVE STOCK IT WOULD TAKE ANOTHER TEN DAYS. AND WHEN I TOLD THEM THE SITUATION THEY DID NOT CARE AND ASKED ME "IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE THEY CAN HELP WITH) SO NOW ACEER HAS PUT ME IN A SITUATION WHERE I NEEDED THE PC BY WEDNESDAY (30 JULY) NEVER AGAIN WILL I RECOMMEND ACER TO FREINDS LIKE I HAVE NOR WILL I BY A ACER AGAIN. (I HAVE BOUGHT 5 ACERS)
