Still no feedback from last Hello Peter report!!!

Well after the report I posted on the 18/7/2013 HP shop called me back to tell me the item is out of stock, and apologize for inconvenience..caused... they promised to call me back on Monday 22/7/2013 to tell me if any stock is coming in... guess what no such call!!! and today is the 26/7/2013 so what now... they still have my money and NO STOCK!!! Why do they trade if nobody can help you!!! This time no apologies will be accepted!!! I'm starting to think that this is a huge!!! I can not tell you how fed up I am at this stage!! wasting money on phone calls, emails and they just never deliver!!! PEOPLE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR GOODS.. AND IT'S JUST SWEET TALK.
