I bought a i5 Fujitsu laptop at Makro Ottery in February, and the keyboard went crazy on me yesterday.
I could not even log into Windows.
I called Fujitsu and spoke to a very intelligent German accent man and he told me to email the serial number and my address.
I sent the email 10 minutes before their close of business and got a response in 5 minutes about the a technician viewing the problem.
This morning first thing i received an email from Fujitsu stating that a courier will be contacting me shortly to collect the laptop.
2 hours later DHL called to ask i f i would be home for them to collect and an hour later they fetched the laptop.
Comparitivly, im still waiting for Brightpoint couriers to deliver a TV we ordered from MTN almost a month ago!
Never in my life have I ever had such fast, effective and utterly brilliant service, from a company who parters with a courier.
Well done Fujitsu, i will buy your products for life because service means the world to me!
