Not returning my Macbook Pro

I handed in my macbook pro for repair on 10 June. They claimed they cannot repair the laptop by 17 June. I paid the delivery and collection charges and asked them to deliver the laptop. Since then, they have been making numerous excuses and not returning my laptop. One day they claim they are short on workforce or their car is broken down or they are in cape town. They stopped picking up my calls.
