I am so frustrated right now its not even funny, I called your call centre on Friday and i spoke to a guy that advised me my repair should be ready by Tuesday, this repair has been approved on the 02-07-2013 not once have we been informed on the progress of the unit and besides the fact that parts had to be ordered. i called yesterday and another guy told me that it should be ready by today. When i called this morning i was told that parts had to be ordered on this unit. I honestly think your service because for two weeks no one could see that there is no parts and this unit needs to go back to my client and now its another 5 day wait for parts and then how long for delivery. I chose to do the repair with Acer because i thought i would get better service but clearly not. Acer service is terrible and their brands should be banned and as for their call centre its even worse. They are fast to give you the website to complain because their verification code is so long and stupid that you eventually just f leave it.
