No feedback/assistance for over 3 days and 5 calls

I have been trying to contact a pastel consultant to assist me with an invoicing template. I have left messages with the service desks as nobody was able to assist me at the time. I haven't heard from them since. It is quite frustrating as you holding on over the telephone for over 20 mins only to leave a message.
