No assistance!!!

I am trying to re-install pastel on my computer through the website as die CD, version 11 & 12 is not downloading. I contacted the call center, 20 minutes before someone tried to assist. Advised me to download it from the website. I tried twice already, not happening. I am now again trying to get hold of someone to assist me, I have no been holding for 15 minutes already. Seriously!!! I can not do this anymore!!! I can not complain about your service, because it is unobtainable!!! All I hear is please remain holding. Must seriously consider getting another accounting partner.
