I tried to change thge password on my online account and then your system sent it to our common company email address, I then changed my online account emails so that the emails would only be sent to me. I tried to change the password again and again the new password went to the whole company. I called your call centre who sent me from support to registration to support and nothing. Our password is now continually compromised and your "knowledgeble staff" can't help, I have been on the phone with them (whilst writing this report) for 31 minutes and nothing has changed. I have problably changed the password 7 times and it still goes through to the incorrect email address. Thus pastel staff = useless. Oh and to put a cherry on top, your staff member has just infomed me that he has been looking at the wrong company!! Pathetic!!!
