2 outstanding invoices. Really??

I tested their VPS services in April / May 2013, signed up on their website and specificly looking for a 1 month testing machine. It shows on their shopping cart "1 Month Billing", so the service should only run for 1 month as i forsee it and as per their t&c, service cannot be provided unless you pay for it upfront.

To my suprize today the 3rd June 2013, i wanted to get another testing machine for 30 days, ordered as i`ve done previously, just used a different email as vodamail sends out a sms when you receive a notification (just if there is a problem again, had a few issues with their vps the last time i used it). Now that i PAID for the service more, i got a email from Mr Venter that " there is 2 outstanding invoices" and that offcourse they cannot create the account, what hogwash!!!

After a few emails going back and forth, seeing this is not going far, asked that they rather refund me the funds back, and No, they cant cause there is outstanding invoices for 2 months services (hogwash yet again), you cannot get service unless you have paid for it stated by their t&c and as far as i know that the prevous services was terminitated by their system.

Stay away...
