Ordered a Freda Kahlo jacket on 5 sept 2022, paid R3300, received order number P1000476295, never got order, contacted support puma several times, telphonically and lots of mails, answer received is that they do not know what happened and cannot assist me. This was for a friend as a gift. I'm very dissapointed in PUMA online. No feedback was given about a refund or correction of order. Can you kindly assist. Elfreda Kriel
