Poor quality talks

My son is playing rugby for his school's 1st team. I bought a pair of puma talks for him on 7th March 2022, for R3220-80 from Rashid Cassim Sports & Footwear (33 Central RD, Fordsburg, JHB Tel nr: 0118387884).

It is disgusted to see how these talks look after less than 3 months after we paid almost R3300 for them.. Surely this cannot be right!! Can I tell you that he doesn't even practise with these talks, he only play games with them!!!

Can I please get urgent feedback on this matter. My son is playing a came for the Lions 0/19 on Tuesday against the Blue Bulls, and I had to go and buy new talks today, because it is a disgrace how the puma talks look. On Saturday he had to go off the field because of the way the talks were torn while he was playing!!! Surely PUMA cannot make talks to last less than 3months!!! It will only be 3 months next week Tuesday.
