Poor and bad customer service

This said consultant needs to be disciplined and pouit to order, obviously he does not have knowledge about what customer service is, does not know how to talk to customers, TDF, and am taking this matter further,
right from the beginning, a consultant just fought with us by the time we were entering the store, accusing us that we did not sanitise, meanwhile the time we entered he was busy on his cellphone, please check footage. here is the date 25/12/22 time between 12:10 & 12:35. We did not even buy, ended up leaving the store, Branch Manger a Lady interfered but it was too late. I did not take the name of this Chap, but I know him and will revisit him. Please get further details about this matter from the Branch Manager at Alberton.
