Bad Service

I attended at the Donna Claire Store situated Walmer Park Shopping Centre, Port Elizabeth on the afternoo of Sunday, 19 December 2021. I approached one the Shop Assistants busy merchandising at the ladies underwear department and asked her for her assistance. She was very rude and short towards me and did not even turn around to look at me and engage in assisting me.

Eventually I went to the lady at the till section only to receive the same ignorance and not being greeted and she promptly carried on talking to a friend of hers who does not work there. When I asked for the Manager, I was told that the Manager was not in the store.

I am disgusted at the service I received and I will ensure that more and more people get to know about this.
