Laybye and given wrong size

August 15 I've made a laybye at side step acornhoek mall which I asked for size 6 my child did the fitting it was fine. November went back to collect did not check until I got home and find that it's a size smaller than the one I asked. I went back to exchange find 2 guys on the till busy with whatever they kept themselves busy while I was waiting in front of them for 6 minutes later they asked if they can help I told them my story the other guy said to me how come coz the receipt said size 5 I told him I didn't check coz I know I laybye size 6.he took the box and receipt gave it to the other guy without saying anything to me then I went and sit on 1 of the chair in the shop waited and waited nothing until I went to the till and asked what was happening he said we don't have size 6 u can choose another colour I said I need the cour that I bought he said if u need that one u can't to pay R200 coz size 6 is R1200 not R999 my surprise was the other colors had size 6 with the amount of R999.i told them I will pay the R200 the other guy said make an order shell pay when she come to collect. My problem I don't trust them I'm not sure if they will order the size that I need coz they were against exchanging theats why they were giving me excuses forgetting its their faults I ordered 6 and they gave me 5.their service is very bad. And I'm afraid my child will not have sneakers on Christmas and I will never ever buy anything from that shop. They don't care about their customers. Dissapointed
