SOLD A DAMAGED CAR

This is the worst that can happen to any person. The car was sold with a lot of promises and after it was driven for 2 weeks the injectors packed up, how this company got the motorplan to pay for the repairs is not clear to me, it was paid after a huge fight and an enormous phone bill. The aircon is not working, brakes had to be replaced, no service book after it was promised to my son. Parts of the turbo was in the exhaust. This was the worst service ever and i am going to take this matter to the ombudsman, take their car back to them and get all our money back. i do not care how expensive this fight is going to be but this is truly not playing a fair game
