Audi Menlyn: Can't resolve defect & damaged my ca

Bought a brand new Audi A1 and received the car at the end of September 2012.. After about 2 weeks I noticed that the bumper on the right rear side was not aligned properly, which I brought to Audi Menlyn's attention.. They booked the car in to sort out the problem.. The sent my car to a 3rd party, a touch up company, who was tasked with sorting out the alignment issue on my brand new car.. While at this third party, where they spray paint cars and do touch ups, paint or something was spilt on 2 panels of my car, which they tried to spray pay out but left orange peeling and evidence of painting behind.. I brought this to Audi Menlyn's attention and have been battling for 6 months to no avail.. I have escalated the problem to Audi and VW South Africa.. I have had very little communication from Audi Menlyn and they have repeated tried to convince me that my car is fixed.. I have since discovered a 3rd defect where the diagonal interior windscreen panel is warped.. Almost the whole right side of the car is defective..
This has been a most disappointing experience.. I thought I'd share my Audi experience with the public as this sort of behaviour is absolutely unacceptable..
