Good day

I ordered books from Vanschaick Book store in pretoria and they where dispatched on the 08th April 2013, the courier company is supaswift they where suppose to deliver it on the 09th April but till today im still waiting for my parcel, when i call their call centre they tell me they are still investigating and they will give me a call but they never did, today i called and spoke to Brenda who told me she doesnt have autority to transfer my calls to Operations so i can ask them myself of what went wrong with my parcel, poor service bad attitude no clue of whats happening.
