I would just like to thank JP and Alpesh for really going the extra mile. Went to Mazda Lazarus Centurion on Thursday morning. JP was the only one that looked like he really wanted to help me. After chatting to him and Alpesh I left the branch, expecting to get feedback maybe on Friday only. I received 5 calls from JP in a few hours in order to help me in the fastest way he could. Brilliant! Consistant feedback made me feel very positive about the purchase of a Mazda at that branch. Went in Friday morning to do some more paperwork, once again very organized. And by 12:00 everything was sorted. Car is on its way from the factory. Must be a record time. Bought a new car in 28hours. Thanks guys.
