Spray painting jo

I bought toyota verson YXS 728GP on 20 February 2013. A day after delivery of the vehicle i realised it has scratches on the roof. I informed the sales person and he apologised for it and said he didnt realise, that he will come fetch the vehicle to spray paint it and give me a courtesy vehicle (polo vivo) the following week. I called him the following week and he said its month end and they are very busy. few more call after month end he adviced me to get a quote from a toyota authorised deal and send it to him, that way they will pay the quote amount in my bank account so i can repair the vehicle myself since they are in Johannesburg and I am in Pretoria. I got a quote and emailed it to him. He said its too expensive they rather do the job themselves. I informed McCarthy that i will be on 2 weeks leave from 1July2013 till 15july 2013, he was to arrange with their driver to come pick up the vehicle for spray painting. I still haven't heard from them to date.

from 20/02/ 2013 i have phoned and emailed them a million times without any luck in sorting out the problem. If you may kindly step in and assist me sort out this issue. Your response will be highly appreciated
