Given vehicle without permit or lic disc

18/04/2013 - signed icontract for the purchase of a 2012 VW 1.6 comfortline with Toyota Finance Services at Barloworld Toyota Witbank. Signed for the receipt of the vehicle and noted outstanding issues, i.e roadworthy test, fitment of tracking system, wheel alignment and registration of vehicle or temporary permit to be done the next day. 19/04/2013. At 16h00 I went to the dealership to collect the vehicle, not registered and that there were no permits available at the whole dealership. The license disc expired on 31/12/2012.
1. Bad service, which seem like a norm at the dealership based on previous experience
2. Unfair treatment by the Principal dealer, disrespectful, arrogant and I think this was done as I was black and worthless, having noticed how the run things at the dealership.
3. According to me there is a valid contract for the purchase of the vehicle and I never asked for it to be cancelled. Irrespective of whether the deal continues, do I have any recourse for the inconvenience and financial prejudice suffered due to Barloworld Toyotas negligence and inefficiencies in honouring their part in the contract?
