SUPER Bad Service from Mazda/Ford

On 18th February I have send them an email which on I recieved an "case reference number is : {SrvReqNo:[0600013786]}". Up until today I have mailed them back about 4 times and still not ONE email to get back to me. I still have the original email I have send them in which I explained everything and I would VERY MUCH like to place it in the news papers as it is. They have caused me my whole December vacation and I would like to have a good explanation. I am still suffering financially from this situation. Is there some way for me to add the email?
