Terrible service received from Service Advise

Dear Sir/Madam

I brought my car in for a service to Mercedes Benz M2 City on Monday 14 January 2013 at roughly 8am.
I was very unhappy with the service I received from the service adviser (Anita Bosch)
The reason for my unhappiness is because of the following:
1. She did not perform a check on my car (scrathes, bumps etc.) before taking it in for a service.
2. Most importantly, despite making it clear to her that she should call me and inform me if anything expensive was going to be performed on my car she did not. I was liable for just 405 of the bill but was slapped with a bill of R 4108.
3. She was unable to explain to me the reason for such costs.
4. I needed to speak to a sales person and another service adviser to explain the charges on my invoice to me.
5. She did not stamp my service book.
6. Despite having asked her to specifically look at the seatbelt light that goes on continuously she didi not and it's still on and still reflects ;restraint system malfunction'.
