After my accident on 02/01/2013 East Coast Customs was authorised to do the repairs on my vehicle. I took delivery on 08/02/2013 & found a whole list of faults & many parts still broken, some not even replaced. I sent a complaint to Andre Reddy (Manager). My car was fetched on 12/02/2013 & delivered on 15/02/2013. But this time with more faults than previously. I took the car back on 16/02/2013 & showed Andre Reddy the faults. He said the outstanding parts arrived late on 15/02/2013. From 18/02/2013 I got no call so I called in. They asked me to bring the car on 21/02/2013 & Racine Reid said the parts are still outstanding but they will repair the other faults. I asked if Andre to us on Saturday - no response received! My car was fetched on 26/02/2013 & they said it'll be ready by noon. I had to call in at 16hr10. Spoke to Louise, she said my car is on its way to me & they will fetch it again on 28/02/2013. Problems still not sorted. No feedback given. Andre Reddy does not return calls. There is no quality control done. East Coast Customs is THE WORST of the worst panel beaters in town. Please DO NOT fall victim to their pathetic service like I did!
