Breakdown after breakdown

Went to Noise Boys PTA North for a Complete exhaust on the 25th of August 2012.
I asked the person that the exhaust sound must not be too loud.
Firstly he quoted me R1900 for the system.
After the work got done we started the car and it was too load, I requested that the car must not be too loud in the first place.
Then I was told that I will be charged another R450 for another silencer box.
With great regret I paid it.
Drove the car off and the car was still too loud and with that they didn't even align my tailpieces correctly both of them were skew.
Took it back the Monday told them to fix the tailpieces and reduce the noise of the exhaust.
Left the car there for the day, when I came back they charged me another R450 and the reason was the previous silencer box was too small hence the sound.
Now if you think they took of the 2 day old silencer box which I paid for never gave it back and then charged me again for another one.
Drove for a week and the whole system came loose at the back.
Went to them AGAIN and they fixed.
It's been 6 months down the line now and the whole system has dropped and is now touching my stabilizer arm when driving.
There was no service
