Poor service

I took my car in on the morning of the 25/07/2013 to have the exhaust changed and i was given a quote of R1700 for a complete new system that wouldbe the same as the 1 on the car . i then left the car with them for 2hours and when i came to collect it i find that the wrong system was put in (very loud and noisy)...
After taking a drive with the owner to show him what i am unhappy about he agrees to change it again which did not make it any better it made it worst .. this has been going on since the 25th i had to eventually ask and demand that my old system be put in and for my money to be refunded out of that only R720 was given back to me and part of my old system was put back.. Now driving the car everything underneath is loose and makes a loud noise which did not happen before. My patience have run out now what should i do .. My car is back there from this morning at 8.30 and its now 2hours later and nothing has been done
