Second hand bakkie that was bought with defects

My husband bought a toyota hilux @ Meyers Motors in November, from day one he showed sales rep dents & other problems & requested the salesman to check other things but he did not bother to do that, Meyers fix those that are identified but the quality of work is below par the standard. He told the salesman that the lower body is not right Meyers said he must take it to BTK panel-beaters and they try to fix it but He continued to complain about it they refer it back BTK of which they don't have a clue, BTK said they have done everything but it was still shaking and have a noise. He bought a tow-bar from Toyota & requested Toyota to fit it they discover that it can't be fitted because chassis was short (cut) and the wiring is not done properly & there are no bolts at the back that is why the bakkie is not balanced and they have to put in another rubbers. He approach Meyers and promise to fix the chassis but they"ll send it back BTK of which he does not want that arrangement. At what month should the guarantee expire because every month the car was @ Meyers, is my husband have a right to say no to them about that BTK panel-beater? We need an accredited panel-beater like S&k
