Please think twice before using Berco as a courier service provider.

My account with them has been a nightmare since inception. If you want overpromising and under delivering, dishonesty, indifference from senior staff, misadvise, ignoring of E-mails and a courier service provider who will cripple your business; Berco is definitely for you.

I am currently trying to close my account with them, but Dianne and Delon are not responding to my E-mails. I have repeatedly lost my temper with various staff due to the repeated incompetence and dishonesty.

Now I'm trying to make up my mind on whether the lack of response from Delon and Dianne is just an extension of this incompetence or if it is a deliberate effort to make my last month with them as difficult as possible.

Let's hope that this complaint isn't met with the same indifference that Berco's management team has shown to date.
