Honour at a price

Complained about Berco Express on HP a week or two ago, as Berco had spent months mishandling my account and I'd had enough.
Berco dropped the ball again last week, so I proceeded to log a complaint on HP about this new incident.
Berco promptly closed my account with less than a weeks notice, because I'd aired our dirty laundry on HP.

Raised the concern with HP that Berco had closed my account as a result of the HP complaint and that I would like to be allowed to add a new complaint about how Berco could close customer accounts because of HP complaints against them.

HP has responded by deleting my latter complaint and barring me from making any further complaints against Berco.

I thought HP was about giving the trampled consumer a voice. But it would appear that this voice will be deleted when the truths become to uncomfortable for HP's paying clients to stomach.
HP, you've dismissed a long time HP supporter out of hand. How un-HP of you.

Just hope that this comment isn't also deleted for striking to close to home.
