I ordered Batman Begins / Dark Knight Steelbook on last week Thursday and it said that there's 24 hour delivery. Needless to say that I still haven't received it yet.

Aramex called me on Tuesday to ask if they could deliver today and if anybody will available at the delivery address between 8am - 12pm.

I get an e-mail today stating that they could not complete delivery as the number they have might be incorrect and wants me to provide an alternative contact number as well as a company name for your delivery address if any.

I used the same address and contact details as my previous order, see M10415706, which had no problems being delivered. I work nightshift, so at home during the day and the tracking information on Aramex website states that nobody home?!

So much for getting the order the next day, you should be honest with our customers and say it will be more than a week. We won't take ownership for it and just make excuses.
