Continued poor service

I would like to log this complaint due to the poor servive that I have received from yourself, ever since I bought a new Audi A3 in November 2012.
I have the following problems; some have been resolved; others I'm still awaitng response, please consider this confluence of circumstances, that has lead to me posting this.
I received the vechile, 2 hours later, the vechile had to be returned due to a leak on the water pump;
I also ordered the following optional extra's; PDC, Mudflaps & Cruise control. I was informed that the parts needed to be ordered, which I accepted, I was told that it would take 2-3 months, this was in November 2012!
My vechile went for it's 15000km service in March 2013, also to have fitment of the mudflaps, I was informed that the wrong mudflaps were ordered and that it would be rectified the next, fortunately it was. But, my service book was never stamped?! I was further told that the cruise control will arrive no later than the 4th April 2013; firstly, that is not 2-3months, and secondly, I'm still awaiting for it to arrive???
I would therefore like to express my disappointment in the services rendered from Audi, especially the Northcliff branch!
