Two weeks ago I noticed extreme wear of the inside edge of the rear tyres on my BMW 323i. I was shocked because my car had done 47000km while my previous BMW was on the same set of rear tyres until i traded it beyond 90 000km. I took the car to my local dealer where i was told it was caused by the wheel alignment. I wasn't convinced so I sent an email to BMW customer service on the 4th of April and to this day I haven't received a response. I am certain they received it because i put a read receipt on the email. it disappointing to spend money on such an expensive car only to be ignored when there is a problem. why even have a customer care email if our emails will not be given attention?
